    (Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

  4. Please record an unboxing video for smooth verification

  5. Our courier partner will pick up the return within 72 hours (3 days) after approval

 

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

💳 Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days after quality approval

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You will receive a refund link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp from +91 9727196620 within 4–5 business days

  • Steps to complete refund:

    • Verify using OTP

    • Enter your Bank Account or UPI details

    • Submit to process refund

⏱ Refund amount will be credited within 24 hours after submitting details

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • For prepaid orders, refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
